1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tapsy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Use of Service

Tapsy is a couples communication app that allows paired users to send haptic taps to one another. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and pairing code.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Tapsy offers both a free tier and premium subscriptions. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Prices may vary by region. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. One premium subscription covers both you and your paired partner.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the App, using automated systems to interact with the service, or using the App to harass or harm others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tapsy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapsy and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
